TO ACCEPT THE FINAL PLAT FOR THE CRESCENT AT CENTRAL PARK SECTION 1; CONSISTING OF 21.156+/- ACRES LOCATED NORTH OF TECH CENTER DRIVE; PARCEL ID NO. 025-003905; CURRENT ZONING SELECT COMMERCIAL PLANNED DISTRICT (SCPD); LARRY CANINI, APPLICANT.

WHEREAS, an application has been made to the City of Gahanna for final plat for 21.156+/- acres, said property located north of Tech Center Drive; Parcel ID No. 025-003905; and

 

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission held a public hearing on February 14, 2018, in regular meeting session, said meeting held pursuant to notice and according to law; and

 

WHEREAS, the Planning Commission recommended the request for final plat to City Council. 

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1. That the Final Plat for the Crescent at Central Park Section 1, for 21.156+/- acres, said property located north of Tech Center Drive; Parcel ID No. 025-003905, is hereby accepted and confirmed, subject to all requirements as set out the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, Ohio; said Final Plat attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.

 

Section 2. That the City Engineer has certified that requirements of storm water and design requirements for adequate on-site drainage and the ability to accept runoff from land tributary to the development will be met.

 

Section 3. That the park land dedication requirements in the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna have been met through the original platting process.

 

Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
