SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Street Lights

WHEREAS, ORD-0014-2018 authorized funds to be transferred to the General Fund out of the Central Park TIF Fund Account to cover street light replacement cost in the Central Park TIF District; and
WHEREAS, these funds need transferred to the appropriate account from the General Fund to reimburse costs spent; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY ONE DOLLARS ($5,891) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated/unencumbered balance of the General Fund to the Public Serve - Street Lights Fund Account No. 101.140.5214.
Section 2. That ORD-0102-2017, passed December 18, 2017, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
