SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Central Park TIF Fund

WHEREAS, street lights were replaced in the Central Park TIF District and paid for out of the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the costs for the luminaires can be paid out of the Central Park TIF Fund; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate account requires a supplemental appropriation and authorization for the Director of Finance to transfer the funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED AND NINETY ONE DOLLARS ($5,891) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated/unencumbered balance of the Central Park TIF Fund 224.708 to the Central Park TIF - Transfer to General Fund Account No. 224.708.5930.
Section 2. That ORD-0102-2017, passed December 18, 2017, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
