TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH MODERN OFFICE METHODS, DBA MODERN LEASING, TO RECEIVE SERVICE AND LEASE MULTI-FUNCTION COPY, PRINT, FAX, SCAN MACHINES; AND TO TRANSFER FUNDS IN THE AMOUNT OF $45,240 TO COVER THE HEREIN COSTS.
BODY
WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna wishes to enter into a 60-month lease agreement with Modern Leasing for the service and leasing of multi-function copy, print, fax, scan machines; and
WHEREAS, funds have been appropriated in 2018 in various departments; and
WHEREAS, the Information Technology department wishes to transfer these funds in the amount of $45,240 to Account No. 101.349.5249, Information Technology, to streamline the payments.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with Modern Office Methods, DBA Modern Leasing, 51 North 3rd Street Tower, Suite 102, Newark, Ohio 43055; for service and lease for multi-function copy, print, fax, scan machines; said Agreement attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of FORTY FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FORTY DOLLARS ($45,240) is hereby transferred from various accounts listed in the attached report to Account No. 101.349.5249, Information Technology.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature approval by the Mayor.
