TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO LEASE AGREEMENT FOR PERSONAL WIRELESS COMMUNICATION FACILITY LOCATED AT THE GAHANNA MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSE.

WHEREAS, TOWERCO 2013 LLC, would like to build a cell tower located at the Gahanna Municipal Golf Course to facilitate better service and expanded data services for its tenants; and
WHEREAS, the City would receive a monthly sum in addition to 30% for each collocator, shared tenant revenue and a one-time incentive of $1,000; and
WHEREAS, the City and TOWERCO 2013 LLC have agreed the facility will employ a stealth construction design.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter a lease agreement with TOWERCO 2013 LLC attached hereto as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date signature approval by the Mayor.
