TO GRANT A VARIANCE TO SECTION 1108.01, GENERAL REQUIREMENTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, TO ALLOW A SIDEWALK NOT TO BE BUILT, FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1509 BLATT BOULEVARD, PARCEL ID NO. 025-011769.

BODY

 

WHEREAS, on November 1, 2017, Planning Commission, after careful deliberation and discussion voted unanimously to recommend approval of this variance with a condition; and

 

WHEREAS, under authority of Section 1103.03, this variance request must be approved by Council after recommendation is made by Planning Commission.

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

 

Section 1.  That this Council hereby grants a Variance to Section 1108.01, General Requirements, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, to allow a sidewalk not to be built, for property located at 1509 Blatt Boulevard, Parcel ID No. 025-011769, with the condition that the applicant construct a sidewalk if at any time any sidewalk is constructed on Blatt Blvd. publically or privately.


Section 2.  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
