TO AMEND CHAPTER 943, SANITARY REGULATIONS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 943.05, Enforcement, removing the requirement for the “Clerk of the City” to keep one copy of Franklin County’s Sanitary Regulations and all amendments in their office.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 943, Sanitary Regulations, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 943, Sanitary Regulations, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
