TO AMEND CHAPTER 921, SANITARY SEWER CONNECTIONS AND RENTAL RATES, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 921.05, Sewer Footage Fees, modified the wording to make the calculation of sewer footage fees more clear; and
WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 921.11, Sewer Rental Rates, changed rates to reflect changes with the City of Columbus.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 921, Sanitary Sewer Connections and Rental Rates, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 921, Sanitary Sewer Connections and Rental Rates, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
