TO AMEND TITLE ONE, STREETS AND SIDEWALK AREAS, TO INCLUDE CHAPTER 903, CHAPTER 907 AND CHAPTER 909, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 903, Sidewalk Construction changed the fine to double the permit fee; and
WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 907.02, Copy of Columbus Standard Drawing Attached to Building Permit, removed the requirement to attached a copy of Columbus’ Standard Drawing to the building permit; and
WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 909.03, Driveway Pipe Requirements, clarifies that driveway pipe maintenance is the responsibility of the property owner; and
WHEREAS, the amendment in Chapter 909.04, Fees, changed to reference the Building and Zoning Fee Schedule instead of Development.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Title One, Streets and Sidewalk Areas, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Title One, Streets and Sidewalk Areas, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
