SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Grant Awards.

WHEREAS, the City has been awarded a number of grants for the Big Walnut Trail Section 4 and McCutcheon Park and as grant agreements are being approved and signed the amount awarded needs appropriated to begin the projects; and
WHEREAS, the Nature Works grant for McCutcheon Park and the Clean Ohio Conservation grant for McKenna Creek, which is part of the Big Walnut Trail project, have fully executed grant agreements; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate accounts requires a supplemental appropriation.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following supplemental appropriations are hereby authorized as listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That ORD-0118-2016, passed December 19, 2016, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
