TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENTS FOR THE WATERLINE AND SANITARY SEWER EASEMENTS; ST-1025 AND SA-1026 FOR SPECTRUM/THREE CREEKS SENIOR LIVING FACILITY.

WHEREAS, Spectrum/Three Creeks is a senior living facility located at 5435 Morse Road that is near completion; and
WHEREAS, the construction of the development included the installation of a sanitary sewer and waterline and easements were necessary for the installation and construction;
WHEREAS, the necessary easements were granted by the property owners and have been recorded and are ready for acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts these Deeds of Easements for the waterline and sanitary sewer; ST-1025 and SA-1026; said Deeds of Easements are attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
