TO AMEND CITY CODE PART ELEVEN, PLANNING AND ZONING CODE, CHAPTERS 1181, PERSONAL WIRELESS SERVICE FACILITIES, 1149, MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT, 1153, GENERAL COMMERCIAL DISTRICTS, AND 1163, PARKING REGULATIONS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.
BODY
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service & Engineering have recommended revisions to five sections of the Planning and Zoning Code; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission held a public hearing on July 26, 2017, and recommended the revisions be forwarded to Council for approval.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code, Chapters 1181, Personal Wireless Service Facilities, 1149, Multi-Family Residential District, 1153, General Commercial Districts, And 1163, Parking Regulations, Of The Codified Ordinances Of The City Of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That the existing Part Eleven, Planning and Zoning Code, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
