TO REMOVE SECTION 907.02, COPY OF CITY OF COLUMBUS STANDARD DRAWING ATTACHED TO BUILDING PERMIT, OF CHAPTER 907, DRIVEWAYS AND CURB CUTS, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the City Engineer is requesting to remove Section 907.02, Copy of City of Columbus Standard Drawing Attached to Building Permit, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna; and
WHEREAS, the section of the code requires that the Chief Building Official attach a copy of all City of Columbus Standard Drawings for driveway construction; and
WHEREAS, removing this section of the code would improve efficiency in issuing permits; and
WHEREAS, the standard drawing numbers and other necessary information will be provided on revised and updated permit applications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Section 907.02, Copy of City of Columbus Standard Drawing Attached to Building Permit, of Chapter 907, Driveways and Curb Cuts, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby removed as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Section 907.02, Copy of City of Columbus Standard Drawing Attached to Building Permit, of Chapter 907, Driveways and Curb Cuts, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
