Title

TO AMEND THE BUILDING AND ZONING FEE SCHEDULE.

Body

WHEREAS, the Service Department has reviewed various fees as they relate to required applications and permits; and

WHEREAS, the revisions to the Building and Zoning Fee Schedule make it easier for customers to understand and calculate permit fees; and

WHEREAS, the administration and this Council have reviewed the recommendations and are in agreement with the changes as proposed.

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:

Section 1.  That the Building and Zoning Fee Schedule is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.

Section 2.  That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
