TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENTS FOR THE MINOR STORM SEWER EXTENSION FOR 490 WHITLEY DRIVE AND 498 WHITLEY DRIVE.

WHEREAS, two easements were necessary for the installation and construction of a minor storm sewer extension that will alleviate drainage issues for several residents in the area of Whitley Drive; and
WHEREAS, the necessary easements were granted by the property owners and have been recorded and are ready for acceptance.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts these DEEDS OF EASEMENTS for the purpose of constructing, using and maintaining a Sanitary Sewer and appurtenant works in any part of said strip, including the right to clean, repair and care for said Sanitary Sewer, together with the right of access to said strip for said purpose; said Deeds of Easement attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A and EXHIBIT B, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
