TO ACCEPT THE DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER AT 471 N. HAMILTON ROAD; SA 1022.

WHEREAS, Park Crossing/The Parc is a multi-family development located at 471 North Hamilton Road that is near completion; and
WHEREAS, the construction of the development required the installation of a sanitary sewer; and
WHEREAS, a sanitary sewer easement was necessary for the installation and construction of the sanitary sewer extension; and
WHEREAS, the necessary easements have been granted by the property owner and have been recorded and are ready for acceptance; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of these appurtenances to be $23,923.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of constructing, using and maintaining a Sanitary Sewer and appurtenant works in any part of said strip, including the right to clean, repair and care for said Sanitary Sewer, together with the right of access to said strip for said purpose; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
