TITLE
TO AMEND CHAPTER 151, DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.
BODY
WHEREAS, the Clerk of Council is recommending an amendment to Chapter 151, Department of Parks & Recreation of the Codified Ordinances; and
WHEREAS, the proposed revision is to align current practices related to record keeping with the Codified Ordinances.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 151, Department of Parks & Recreation, of the Codified Ordinances of the City of Gahanna, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 151, Department of Parks & Recreation, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
