TO AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO TRANSFER FUNDS COLLECTED FROM THE COURT BUILDING FUND TO THE COURT COMPUTER FUND; AND TO SUPPLEMENTALLY APPROPRIATE $3,459 TO THE COURT BUILDING FUND.

WHEREAS, court funds were put into the incorrect account and a supplement and transfer is required to put the funds back in the correct account.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to transfer funds collected from the Court Building Fund to the Court Computer Fund.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of THREE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED AND FIFTY NINE DOLLARS ($3,459) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Court Building Fund to Account No. 329.151.5944, Court Building Fund Transfer, to cover the herein costs.
Section 3. That ORD-0136-2015, passed December 21, 2015, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
