TO AMEND CHAPTER 919, WATER AND SEWER INTERNAL REVIEW BOARD, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.
Body
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service has reviewed Code Chapter 919 Water and Sewer Internal Review Board, and recommended that applicants shall attend their hearing and can do that in person or by phone; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Service has recommended that adding that failure to attend the hearing without reasonable prior notification will result in a waiver of the claim.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 919, Water and Sewer Internal Review Board, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 919, Water and Sewer Internal Review Board, or any Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
