TO AUTHORIZE THE DIRECTOR OF FINANCE TO TRANSFER FUNDS AS APPROPRIATED FOR 2016.

WHEREAS, a separate authorization from Council is required to transfer money between funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to perform the transfers as appropriated for the 2016 year; said appropriations listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
