TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH OHM FOR A CREEKSIDE RESTORATION AND USE PLANNING STUDY; AND TO TRANSFER FUNDS.
BODY
WHEREAS, the study will determine how to begin and phase the restoration and use of the Creekside plaza areas of Creekside park; and
WHEREAS, the results of this study will allow for proper scope development for restoration construction plans and phasing, as well as financial budgeting parameters to complete the restoration; and
WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $29,250 need to be supplementally appropriated to cover the program costs.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with OHM, 101 Mill Street, Suite 200, Gahanna, Ohio 43230, for a Restoration and Use Planning Study; Contract attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That funds in the amount of TWENTY NINE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($29,250) are hereby transferred from Account No. 101.359.5596, Creekside Capital to Account No. 101.359.5249, Creekside Contract Services.
Section 3. That ORD-0136-2015, passed December 21, 2015, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
