TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO SIGN A TRANSFER EXEMPT PERMIT APPLICATION (TREX) TO AN ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT PROJECT FOR CASA HACIENDA GRILL, 1356 N. HAMILTON ROAD.

WHEREAS, the City has received a Transfer Exempt Permit Application to an Economic Development Project (TREX) for a new restaurant coming to Gahanna, Casa Hacienda Grill, 1356 N. Hamilton Road; and
WHEREAS, this application needs to be signed by the City prior to their submission for a liquor permit.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to sign the Transfer Exempt Permit Application (TREX) to an Economic Development Project, for Casa Hacienda Grill, 1356 N. Hamilton Road; said application attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
