TO ACCEPT WARRANTY DEED FOR 7.44145+/- ACRES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT 620 MCCUTCHEON ROAD FROM GOOD SAMARITAN REFORMED CHURCH AKA GREAT LAKES CITY CLASSIS.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Warranty Deed from Good Samaritan Reformed Church AKA Great Lakes City Classis, for property located at 620 McCutcheon Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230; and
WHEREAS, the deed is for 7.44145+/- acres; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorder’s Office on December 2, 2015; and
WHEREAS, ORD-0071-2015 authorized the purchase of 8.0+/- acres from Good Samaritan Reform Church for property located at 620 McCutcheon Road; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Warranty Deed.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts this WARRANTY DEED for 7.44145+/- acres for property located at 620 McCutcheon Road, Gahanna, Ohio 43230; said Deed attached hereto as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
