SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Parks Contract Services Fund

WHEREAS, funds in the amount of $2,150 have been collected as restitution payments for park vandalism and will be used toward repairs; and
WHEREAS the Director of Parks & Recreation is requesting a supplemental appropriation for the funds to be placed in the Parks Contract Services Fund.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of TWO THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED AND FIFTY DOLLARS ($2,150) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Funds to Account No. 101.431.5249, Parks Contract Services.
Section 2. That ORD-0136-2015, passed December 21, 2015, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect immediately after passage by this Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
