MID-YEAR BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS - SUPPLEMENTALS/TRANSFERS/UNAPPROPRIATION OF FUNDS.

WHEREAS, each year, in conjunction with providing the second quarter financial report, the Finance Department brings forward any identified budget adjustments that are required due to updated revenue projections, grant receipts, pass-through expenses and/or staffing changes; and
WHEREAS, the Director of Finance is recommending that we capture all of those known adjustments at this time to minimize the number of Ordinances needed before the end of the year.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following supplementals, transfers and unappropriation of funds are hereby made as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part hereof.
Section 2. That the Director of Finance is hereby authorized to perform the fund transfers outlined in EXHIBIT A.
Section 3. That ORD-0163-2014, passed December 15, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 4. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
