SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - to post reimbursements of legal fee payments to Special Counsel.

WHEREAS, the City has received a reimbursement payment for legal fees that were recovered from litigation involving Lounge 62 in the amount of $6,000; and
WHEREAS, the City has also received reimbursement payment for legal fees associated with broadband infrastructure improvements from other municipalities in the amount of $12,000; and
WHEREAS, to move these funds to the appropriate accounts requires supplemental appropriations.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of EIGHTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($18,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to Account No. 101.181.5232 - Special Counsel.
Section 2. That ORD-0163-2014, passed December 15, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
