SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Emergency Notification System.

WHEREAS, Everbridge is a new county wide emergency notification system and will require the City of Gahanna to transition residents from the current emergency notification system (Code Red); and
WHEREAS, this change will ensure residents are provided continuous coverage for emergency notification until full and complete implementation of the new system.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of EIGHT THOUSAND DOLLARS ($8,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated balance of the general fund balance to Account No. 101-215.5267, Emergency Services.
Section 2. That ORD-0163-2014, passed December 15, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
