SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Local Transportation Improvement Capital Streets
Body
WHEREAS, the City has been awarded an Ohio Public Works Commission Local Transportation Improvement grant for the Hamilton Road Central Project; and
WHEREAS, acceptance of this grant requires the establishment of a new fund under Ohio Revised Code Section 5705.09 which has been established as fund 323 OPWC Local Trans Improve;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That ONE MILLION TWO HUNDRED FORTY THOUSAND DOLLARS ($1,240,000) is hereby supplementally appropriated to Account No. 323.122.5513, Local Trans Improve Capital Streets.
Section 2. That ORD-0163-2014, passed December 15, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
