TO ACCEPT THE FINAL PLAT FOR RESUBDIVISION OF PART OF FOXWOOD SECTION 3; CONSISTING OF 3.520+/- ACRES EAST OF KASON'S WAY, NORTH OF PRESERVATION WAY; EMH&T, MATT KIRK, APPLICANT.
 
BODY
WHEREAS, Matt Kirk for EMH&T has submitted to the City a final plat for property consisting of 3.520+/- acres east of Kason's Way, north of Preservation Way; and
 
WHEREAS, Planning Commission, on March 25, 2015, after study and review, has recommended to Council approval of the Final Plat;
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
 
Section 1. That the Final Plat of part of Foxwood Section 3, more particularly described in the attached legal description, be and at the same is hereby accepted and confirmed, subject to all requirements as set out in Chapter 1107, 1109, 1193 and 1195 of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna, Ohio.
 
Section 2. That the City Engineer has certified that part of Foxwood Section 3 will meet all requirements of storm water and design requirements for adequate on-site drainage and the ability to accept runoff from land tributary to the development.
 
Section 3. That said Final Plat for part of Foxwood Section 3 is attached to this Ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
 
Section 4. That the park land dedication requirements in Section 1109.08(e) of the Codified Ordinances of Gahanna have been met through the original platting process.
 
Section 5. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
