SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Insurance Claims Proceeds
Body
WHEREAS, when damage occurs to City property, the repairs are paid out of current appropriations; and
WHEREAS, when insurance payment is received, it is necessary for those funds to go into the expense accounts that paid for the repairs; and
WHEREAS, it is the City's intention to move these funds on a quarterly basis; and
WHEREAS, to move the funds to the appropriate accounts requires supplemental appropriations;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the following supplemental appropriations are hereby authorized as listed in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That ORD-0163-2014, passed December 15, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
