TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT WITH ZOKO CONSULTING SERVICES, INC., FOR UTILITY BILL VALIDATION TRAINING.
BODY
WHEREAS, Zoko Consulting Services, Inc. can train Service Department employees on utility bill validation; and
 
WHEREAS, the City will receive materials to facilitate ongoing bill monitoring; and
 
WHEREAS, The Director of Public Service recommends this agreement as a great benefit to the City;
 
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
 
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into agreement with Zoko Consulting Services, Inc., 656 Newark Road, Granville, Oh 43203, for utility bill validation training on an hourly basis, attached as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
 
Section 2. That funding has been set aside in Account No. 101.141.5249, Lands & Buildings, Contract Services, to cover the herein costs.
 
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
