TO ACCEPT WARRANTY DEED FOR 0.0468 ACRES ON CARPENTER ROAD, FROM MICHAEL CELENTANO AND ALISON CELENTANO FOR RIGHT OF WAY PURPOSES, FOR CARPENTER ROAD BRIDGE REPLACEMENT ST993.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Warranty Deed from Michael Celentano and Alison Celentano, for property located on Carpenter Road, for Carpenter Road Bridge Replacement ST993; and
WHEREAS, the deed is for 0.0468 acres more or less, and the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $2,205; and
WHEREAS, this deed was recorded at the Franklin County Recorders Office on January 23, 2015; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable and necessary to accept this Warranty Deed;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the WARRANTY DEED for the purpose of the establishment, construction, reconstruction, widening, repair or maintenance of a public road; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
