TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SLOPE EASEMENT FROM GEORGE R. BRIGHT, JR.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna has received a Deed of Easement from George R. Bright, Jr. for slope;
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has determined the value of this easement to be $4,830; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to accept this Deed of Easement;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the DEED OF EASEMENT for the purpose of the establishment, construction, reconstruction, widening, repair or maintenance of a public road; said Deed of Easement attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
