TO ADOPT THE PARKS & RECREATION MASTER PLAN UPDATE, DATED FEBRUARY 2015, BY PROS CONSULTING INC. FOR THE CITY OF GAHANNA, OHIO.

WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna adopted a Comprehensive Parks & Recreation Master Plan in 2006; and
WHEREAS, the City of Gahanna contracted with PROS Consulting, LLC to update the Parks & Recreation Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, Council has reviewed said Master Plan Update and wishes to see it adopted and continually used and referenced as a tool for continued growth and development of our parks and recreation system;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby adopts the Parks & Recreation Master Plan Update, February 2015, by PROS Consulting, Inc., said study on file in the office of the Clerk of Council.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
