SUPPLEMENTAL APPROPRIATION - Court Case Files.

WHEREAS, Administration has worked to enhance the 2015 court case files, making them able to independently integrate with the existing scanner and software system; and
WHEREAS, this change will create significant savings from the General Fund; and
WHEREAS, the funding for the files from the computer fund needs to be appropriated;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That SIX THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($6,500) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Court Computer Fund to Account No. 229.151.5456, Court, Operational Expenses.
Section 2. That ORD-0163-2014, passed December 15, 2014, is hereby amended to reflect these supplemental appropriations.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by Council and on date of signature approval by the Mayor.
