TO AMEND CHAPTER 1150, OLDE GAHANNA DISTRICT, AND CHAPTER 1155, OFFICE, COMMERCE AND TECHNOLOGY DISTRICT, OF THE CODIFIED ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA.

WHEREAS, the Planning and Development Department has recommended changes to Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna District, and Chapter 1155, Office, Commerce and Technology District in response to the evolution of the hotel industry; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission heard the proposed amendment on January 14, 2015, and has recommended approval to Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna District, and Chapter 1155, Office, Commerce and Technology District, is hereby amended as set forth in EXHIBIT A, attached hereto.
Section 2. That existing Chapter 1150, Olde Gahanna District, and Chapter 1155, Office, Commerce and Technology District, or any ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith, are hereby repealed.
Section 3. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
