PIERPOINT; 0.057 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, FROM BYRON D. PRUSHING AND ELIZABETH F. PRUSHING; 0.131 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, FROM LAVINA J. SHOCKLEY; 0.689 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, FROM PAUL E. MOODY AND TWILVA M. MOODY; 0.180 ACRE, MORE LESS, FROM ETHEL M. ROSS; 0.052 ACRE, MORE OR LESS, FROM PAUL SARINA AND BETTY K. SARINA.

WHEREAS, certain old deeds have filtered to the Clerk of Council for acceptance by Council and filing in the permanent Deed files; and
WHEREAS, this land was deeded to the City for purpose of road right of way, after the property owners annexed to the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the following General Warranty Deeds for right of way land along Clotts Road as follows:
EXHIBIT A, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein:
GENERAL WARRANTY DEED for 0.081 acre, more or less, from JAMES H. PIERPOINT AND VAUDE W. PIERPOINT;
EXHIBIT B, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein:
GENERAL WARRANTY DEED for 0.057 acre, more or less, from BYRON D. PRUSHING AND ELIZABETH F. PRUSHING;
EXHIBIT C, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein:
GENERAL WARRANTY DEED for 0.131 acre, more or less, from LAVINA J. SHOCKLEY;
EXHIBIT D, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein:
GENERAL WARRANTY DEED for 0.689 acre, more or less, from PAUL E. MOODY AND TWILVA M. MOODY;
EXHIBIT E, attached to this ordinance and made a part herein:
