WHEREAS, the office manager's computer needs replacing and funds were left over from the purchase of computers in the Tax Department;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the amount of One Thousand Thirty Eight Dollars ($1,038) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.132.5511, Tax Capital Project, to Account No. 101.121.5511, Mayor Capital Project.
Section 2. That Ordinance No. 200001, passed January 3, 2000, is hereby amended to reflect this transfer of funds.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and on the date of signature approval by the Mayor.
