WHEREAS, Donald R. Kenney is constructing the East Industrial Sanitary Sewer, Improvement No. 727, under the authority of the Reimbursement Agreements approved by ORD-990326 and ORD-236-2001; and

 

WHEREAS, an additional manhole was required to determine the elevation of the pipe under Taylor Road; said manhole being required for the current project anyway; and

 

WHEREAS, the Reimbursement Agreement funding must be increased to cover the cost associated with the manhole;

 

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO: 

 

Section 1.  That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into amended Reimbursement Agreement with Donald R. Kenney for construction of the East Industrial Sanitary Sewer; specifically the additional manhole required.

 

Section 2.  That the amount of NINE HUNDRED EIGHT DOLLARS ($908) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated, unencumbered balance in the SSCI Fund to Account No. 662.361.5821 Capital Projects, Sewer TIF, to cover the herein costs.

 

Section 3.  That ORD-1-2001, passed January 2, 2001, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.

 

Section 4.  That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon passage by this Council and 30 days after signature by the Mayor.
