TO ACCEPT DEED OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 154, FOR OLDE TOWNE LTD; PROPERTY LOCATED ON WEST JOHNSTOWN ROAD; FROM OLDE TOWNE LTD.

WHEREAS, an easement for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer was obtained in 1972 from Olde Towne Ltd.; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on February 1, 1972 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Olde Towne Ltd., for Sanitary Sewer Improvement No. 154, for property located on West Johnstown Road, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
