TO ACCEPT MONIES SEIZED MARCH 4, 2008 IN THE AMOUNT OF $314 AND AWARDED TO THE GAHANNA POLICE PURSUANT TO COURT ORDER; CASE #07CHV-4741; AND TO SUPPLEMENTALLY APPROPRIATE $204 TO THE LAW ENFORCEMENT TRUST FUND.

WHEREAS, as a part of and to comply with Court Order, Case #07CVH-4741, and to distribute parts of the proceeds to the Prosecuting Attorney, Franklin County, Ohio, and Court costs to the Franklin County Common Pleas Clerk of Courts;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That we hereby accept the funds in the amount of $314.
Section 2. That TWO HUNDRED FOUR DOLLARS ($204) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unappropriated unencumbered balance of the Law Enforcement Trust Fund to Account No. 225.211.5411, Police Law Enforcement Expense.
Section 3. That ORD-0001-2008, passed January 2, 2008, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
