TITLE
AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND GAHANNA CODE CHAPTER 157 RECORDS MANAGEMENT PROGRAM REGARDING MEMBERSHIP OF THE RECORDS COMMISSION
BODY
WHEREAS, Gahanna Code Section 157.02 currently requires certain administrative and City officials to serve on the Records Commission; and
WHEREAS, in order to recognize the changing roles within the City’s organizational structure and to ensure the efficient and orderly flow of business, the Records Commission has recommended amending Section 157.02 to be inclusive of certain positions or their appointed designees.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, COUNTY OF FRANKLIN, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That Gahanna Code Chapter 157.02 regarding membership of the Records Commission is hereby amended and adopted as represented in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after the date of signature of approval by the Mayor.
