TO ACCEPT DEEDS OF EASEMENT FOR SANITARY SEWERS FOR THE BUCKLES FARM DEVELOPMENT; FROM VARIOUS PROPERTY OWNERS.

WHEREAS, six easements for construction, using and maintaining a sanitary sewer were obtained in 1982 and 1983 from various property owners; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were recorded on March 30, 1983 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easements were never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deeds of Easement from Andre M. Buckles, Kenneth C & Dorothy V. Stires, Lewis L. Murphy, Ribbon Technology Corporation and Callista M. Treadway, for utility purposes for the Buckles Farm Development, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A through F attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
