TO ACCEPT A WARRANTY DEED FOR 19.8 ACRES OF LAND; KNOWN AS PIZZURRO PARK; FROM ELIZABETH PIZZURRO.

WHEREAS, a warranty deed for 19.8 acres of land from Elizabeth Pizzurro was executed on October 16, 1979; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deed was recorded on November 8, 1979 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said warranty deed was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Warranty Deed from Elizabeth Pizzurro, for park land purposes and known as Pizzurro Park, said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
