TO ACCEPT A DEED OF EASEMENT FOR UTILITY PURPOSES FOR PROPERTY LOCATED ON CARPENTER ROAD; FROM BESSIE M. SAGAR.
Body
WHEREAS, an easement for utility purposes was obtained in 1960 from Bessie M. Sagar; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was recorded on September 27, 1960 by the Franklin County Recorder's Office; and
WHEREAS, said utility easement was never accepted by the City of Gahanna;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Deed of Easement from Bessie M. Sagar, for utility purposes on Carpenter Road; said land more particularly described in EXHIBIT A attached hereto and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
