TO ADOPT THE OLDE GAHANNA BEAUTIFICATION PLAN AS PREPARED BY SCHIEBER & ASSOCIATES

WHEREAS, Schieber & Associates was hired by the City to develop the Olde Gahanna Beautification Concept Plan; and
WHEREAS, that plan has been received and the Administration is in support of the plan; and
WHEREAS, Planning Commission recommended this Plan to Council at their meeting held on February 8, 2006; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby adopts the Olde Gahanna Beautification Concept Plan prepared by Schieber & Associates and dated February 1, 2006, attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this Council acknowledges that this is a concept plan and is being adopted understanding it is a concept.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after signature of approval by the Mayor.
