WHEREAS, due to a review of salaries for some personnel, funds for salary adjustments were removed from the appropriations; and
WHEREAS, salaries have been reviewed and adjustments approved through ORD-0017-2012, ORD-0018-2012, ORD-0019-2012, and ORD-0020-2012; and
WHEREAS, funding is now needed to be able to provide for the approved salary increases,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF HE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That funding in the amount of NINETY SEVEN THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED SEVENTY FIVE DOLLARS ($97,875) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the General Fund to the following accounts:
101.135.5127, Payroll Adjustments - $83,690 and
101.135.5129, Fringe Adjustments - $14,185
Section 2. That funding in the amount of SEVEN HUNDRED NINETY THREE DOLLARS ($793) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Street Fund to the following accounts:
220.330.5127, Payroll Adjustments - $678 and
220.330.5129, Fringe Adjustments - $115
Section 3. That funding in the amount of TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED NINE DOLLARS ($2,809) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Stormwater Fund to the following accounts:
631.350.5127, Payroll Adjustments - $2,402 and
631.350.5129, Fringe Adjustments - $407
Section 4. That funding in the amount of ONE THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY EIGHT DOLLARS ($1,748) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated balance of the Water Fund to the following accounts:
651.350.5127, Payroll Adjustments - $1,495 and
651.350.5129, Fringe Adjustments - $253
