TO ACCEPT SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT NO. 696, TRIANGLE NORTH SANITARY SEWER.
Body
WHEREAS, the construction punch list for this improvement was finalized in 1998; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to coincide this acceptance with the sewer fee ordinance; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has signed his Certificate of Completion;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That this Council hereby accepts the Triangle North Sanitary Sewer, Improvement No. 696.
Section 2. That the Certificate of Completion, signed by the City Engineer on February 4, 1999, is attached to this ordinance as EXHIBIT A.
Section 3. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect at the earliest period allowed by law.
