TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO ENTER INTO CONTRACT WITH BUCKEYE CEMENT CONTRACTORS FOR SYCAMORE RUN STORM SEWER IMPROVEMENTS; AND TO SUPPLEMENTALLY APPROPRIATE $4,600.

WHEREAS, maintenance and improvements need to be done on Sycamore Run where it crosses Venetian Way; and
WHEREAS, the existing headwall needs to have wing walls added to control debris collection and facilitate cleaning;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to enter into contract with Buckeye Cement Contractors, 4969 Big Run South Road, Grove City, Ohio 43123, for maintenance and improvements of Sycamore Run where it crosses Venetian Way.
Section 2. That funding in the amount of FORTY SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,600) is hereby supplementally appropriated from the unencumbered, unappropriated Balance in the General Fund to Account No. 101.991.5934, Transfer to Storm Water.
Section 3. That the sum of FORTY SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,600) is hereby transferred from Account No. 101.991.5934, Transfer to Storm Water, to Account No, 230.000.4931, Revenue Storm Water.
Section 4. That the sum of FORTY SIX HUNDRED DOLLARS ($4,600) is hereby transferred from Account No. 230.000.4931, Revenue Storm Water, to Account No. 230.350.5447, Storm Sewer Miscellaneous, to cover the herein costs.
Section 5. That ORD-0001-2002, passed January 2, 2002, is hereby amended to reflect this supplemental appropriation.
Section 6. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
