TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE EASEMENT WITH AMERICAN ELECTRIC POWER TO ALLOW INSTALLATION OF UNDERGROUND CONDUIT ALONG A PORTION OF BRICKLAWN AVENUE.

WHEREAS, American Electric Power has requested an easement to install underground conduit along the portion of Bricklawn Avenue south of Leavitt Road that will cross City property; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has recommended that we move forward to execute said easement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GAHANNA, STATE OF OHIO:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute Easement & Right of Way with American Electric Power to allow installation of underground conduit along the portion of Bricklawn Avenue south of Leavitt Road; said easement attached as EXHIBIT A, and made a part herein.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect after passage by this Council and 30 days after date of signature approval by the Mayor.
